Alanis Morissette - Flavors Of Entanglement [Retail]
It's been four years sicne Alanis Morissette has released an album and now she is on her seventh. Current single "Underneath" has been doing very well in Canada as well as US Adult Top 40 stations. I haven't really listned to her past albums but I always admired her songwriting. The album doesn't fail in that department with all the songs coming from her own personal relationships. Musically it's not much of a departure from her past efforts but there are some pleasant surprises. The experimenting of diffrent sounds really worked it's like a combination of everything. From techno like tracks to hip-hop influenced beats. Any Alanis fan can find themselves enjoying the album so check it out and BUY YOUR COPY

Felt that she needs to reinvent herself a bit. I hope she has something new and fresh this time. I love her lyrics tho....

wow. definitely better than So-Called Chaos. The first song sucks though LMFAO so i was like "ummm." i love the whole synth vibe. there are some GREAT songs here.
This is the album to put Alanis back at the top of the charts. Her writing is witty and explores herself. I think she channels the hatred into something of reflection on this album. I LOVE *Moratorium* where she announces it is okay to *die* (hit rock bottom) so you can live again. You won't be taking this cd out of your player for awhile!
